DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

1.2. BUYER (“CONSUMER”):

• All users who are members of cycastle.com or purchase products from cycastle.com.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers regarding the sale and delivery of the credit amount purchased electronically by the CONSUMER from the cycastle.com website, with its specifications and sales price stated below.

ARTICLE 3 – SERVICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

• 3.1- The name, quantity, sales price, payment method, and basic characteristics of the service subject to the contract are fixed as specified during the order process.
• 3.2- Payment Method: The payment method selected during the order process is valid.
• 3.3- Service Delivery: The service is automatically assigned to the user account once the payment is completed.
• 3.4- Collection Method: The amount corresponding to the purchased credit will be charged to your credit card in Turkish Lira (TRY) at a fixed price specified during the order process.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

• 4.1- The CONSUMER declares that they have read and acknowledged the preliminary information regarding the service on the cycastle.com website and provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
• 4.2- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the service completely and in accordance with the specified qualifications.
• 4.3- The service price must be paid by the CONSUMER with the selected payment method for the service to be delivered.
• 4.4- If, after the service has been provided, the service fee is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution due to unauthorized or unlawful use of the CONSUMER’s credit card by third parties through no fault of the CONSUMER, the SELLER reserves the right to claim the service fee from the CONSUMER.

ARTICLE 5 – DISPUTES AND COMPETENT COURT In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish Courts shall have jurisdiction and Turkish Law shall apply. For disputes within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, the Consumer Arbitration Committees located in the place where the CONSUMER transaction was made or where the CONSUMER resides shall have jurisdiction. For disputes exceeding these limits, the Consumer Courts in the location where the CONSUMER transaction was made or where the CONSUMER resides shall have jurisdiction.

By placing an order, the CONSUMER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
